§ 38.15  ESTABLISHMENT OF FINAL PAYMENT DATE.
   Upon a finding and decision by the Hearing Officer in favor of the Village, where there is an entry of an order imposing monetary sanctions or fees, the Hearing Officer shall set a date by which time all payments by the respondent be made in full. The hearing officer shall set a final date for payment not sooner than 10 calendar days after the entry of the order, and not more than 180 calendar days after the entry of order. In setting the final payment date, the hearing officer may take into account any such factors as he may see fit, to ensure compliance with the intents and purpose of this Code.
