§ 38.02 CODE HEARING DIVISION ESTABLISHED.

The Village hereby adopts division 31.1 - Building Code Violations, ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-31.1, and all amendments and modifications thereto and establishes a Code Hearing Division, in conjunction with the Village Attorney acting as its legal department. The function of the Code Hearing Division is to expedite the prosecution and correction of code violations in the manner set forth in this chapter.
