The city shall be divided into three wards, as set forth in this section.

(A) Ward No. 1. Ward No. 1 shall include all that part of the city lying and being east of the east line of U.S. Highway 93 and extensions thereof.

(B) Ward No. 2. Ward No. 2 shall include all that part of the city lying and being between the east line of U.S. Highway 93 and extensions thereof and the east line of 5th Avenue and extensions thereof.

(C) Ward No. 3. Ward No. 3 shall include all that part of the city lying and being west of the east line of 5th Avenue and extensions thereof.
