§ 3-1-3 VIOLATION; PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the general penalty provided in Title 1 of this code of ordinances.

(B) In addition, if such licensee is convicted of any offense under this chapter, his or her license shall be immediately revoked.
