(A) No beer, wine or liquor shall be sold, offered for sale or given away upon any premises licensed to sell beer or liquor at retail in the city between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any day.
(B) Any person having a gaming license for video gambling, live bingo or keno game, or live card game table may operate such gaming in addition to all other times, during the hours between 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any day.
(C) Law enforcement personnel shall be granted full and unlimited access to all gaming areas during all hours of operation.
