§ 1-1-7 EFFECT OF CODE ON PAST ACTIONS AND OBLIGATIONS.
   Neither the adoption of this code nor the consequent repeal or amendment of any ordinance shall in any manner affect the prosecution for violations of ordinances, which violations were committed prior to the effective date of this code.
