§ 1-6-2 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND FUND.

(A) MCA 7-6-4134 (2015), as amended, provides for the establishment of a separate fund known as the “Capital Improvement Program Fund” for the use in matter and purposes specified therein.

(B) The program and fund shall be created, designated and funded in the manner provided by law.
