§ 3-3-2 TRANSPORTATION OF MARIJUANA.
   The public transport of marijuana in/on all streets, sidewalks, alleys, rights-of-way, buildings and/or facilities owned, maintained, or otherwise the property of the City of Ronan, must be done in opaque, child resistant containers. (Ord. 2021-05, passed 12-20-2021)
