For the purpose of this code of ordinances, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY. The City of Ronan, Montana.
CODE or THIS CODE. The Municipal Code of City of Ronan.
COUNCIL. The Council of the City of Ronan.
MCA. The abbreviation for the Montana Code Annotated (2015).
MUNICIPAL. The City of Ronan, Montana.
MUNICIPALITY. The City of Ronan.
PERSON. Any natural person, firm, association, joint venture, joint stock company, partnership, organization, club, company, corporation, fraternal organization, business, trust or their manager, lessee, agent, servant, officer or employee or any of them.
STATE. The State of Montana.
