§ 1-4-70 ANNUAL VACATION LEAVE.
   (A)   Every employee of the city who has been in continuous employment and service of the city for a period of one year from his or her date of employment is entitled to and shall be granted annual vacation leave with full pay at the rate of 15 days per working year, and such annual vacation leave may be accumulated to a total not to exceed 30 working days.
   (B)   Every employee of the city who has been in continuous employment and service of the city for a period of ten years from the date of employment is entitled to and shall be granted annual vacation leave with full pay of 18 working days and such annual vacation leave may be accumulated to a total not to exceed 36 working days.
   (C)   Every employee of the city who has been in continuous employment and service of the city for a period of 15 years from the date of employment is entitled to and shall be granted annual vacation leave with full pay of 21 working days and such annual vacation leave may be accumulated to a total not to exceed 42 working days.
   (D)   Every employee of the city who has been in continuous employment and service of the city for a period of 20 years, from the date of employment is entitled to and shall be granted annual vacation leave with full pay of 24 working days and such annual vacation leave may be accumulated to a total not to exceed 48 working days.
