§ 1-4-53 PART-TIME AND SEASONAL EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   Permanent part-time employees are entitled to prorated leave benefits if they have a regularly scheduled work assignment and normally work at least 20 hours each week of the pay period and have worked the qualifying period.
   (B)   Full-time temporary and seasonal employees are entitled to sick leave benefits; provided, they work the qualifying period.
