§ 11-1-13 DISCLOSURE PROVISION.
   (A)   All property owners or their agents in the regulated flood hazard areas shall notify potential buyers or their agents that such property is located within the regulated flood hazard areas and is subject to regulation and any permitted uses that are transferred.
   (B)   Information regarding regulated flood hazard areas and the repository for floodplain maps is available in the Floodplain Administrator’s office.
