§ 1-4-18 BONDS OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   Certain officers shall give bonds in favor of the city. Surety bonds may be furnished in lieu of personal bonds as follows:
      (1)   Clerk: $25,000; and
      (2)   Chief of Police: $1,000.
   (B)   Bonds so furnished in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter shall be furnished at the expense of the city.
