(A) Vehicles in excess of ten tons’ gross vehicle weight shall be prohibited from operation upon Third Avenue Northwest along that portion of its length lying and being between Round Butte Road and Highway 93, except for local deliveries within the above described area.
(B) Signage to this effect shall be erected at both ends and at intersections of Third Avenue Northwest by the city Public Works Department.
(C) Violation of this section shall constitute a civil misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.
