(A) Signs or marking indicating angle parking. The Chief of Police, with the approval of the Council, shall determine upon what street angle parking shall be permitted. It shall be unlawful for any person to park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings.
(B) On-street parking. It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to make a left turn to park on the opposite side of the street.
(C) Penalty. Any person who shall violate any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided: first offense, $50; second offense, $75; third and subsequent offenses, $100.
