§ 8-4-10 MINIMUM NUMBER OF SPACES REQUIRED.
   The required off-street spaces shall be in conformance with the following schedule and where alternative standards prevail, the greater applies in conflicting computations. Where two or more uses (mixed occupancy) apply, the total of the activities computed separately shall prevail, except as provided for in joint use.

1 per each 4 seats or 60 lineal inches of pew or 4 square feet of gross floor area used for assembly purposes
Convalescent homes
1 per each 5 beds
Day care
1 per employee, plus 1 per 10 pupils
Foster home
1 per each employee or caregiver
Group home
1 per 4 residents, plus 1 per employee
Hospitals
1 for each 4 beds, plus 1 per each staff doctor and 1 per each 2 employees
Hotels and motels
1 per rentable room, plus 1 for each 4 employees
Lodging/rooming/boarding houses
1 per rooming unit, plus 2 per resident manager
Medical and dental offices
1 for each 200 square feet of gross floor area
Mortuaries
1 per 75 square feet of gross floor area used for assembly
Other retail outlets
1 for each 750 square feet of retail floor area
Professional office
1 per 250 feet of gross floor area
Restaurant (not drive-through)
1 per 4 seats
Restaurant (with drive-through)
1 per 100 feet of gross floor area, plus 3 stacked in drive-through
Stadiums, sports arenas and similar open places of assembly
1 per each 8 seats and/or 1 per each 100 square feet of assembly space without fixed seats

RESIDENTIAL
If the required parking spaces for one- or two-family dwellings is not provided in a covered garage, then such space(s) shall be located or constructed that it (they) may, at some later date, be covered by a garage structure
