Two copies of the plans of the proposed parking area shall be submitted to the City Clerk at the time of the application for building permit for which the parking area is required. Said plans shall be drawn to a scale of not less than one inch, equal to 50 feet, showing locations of all pertinent buildings, driveways, streets, parking arrangements, circulation patterns, traffic signs and markings, lighting, landscaping, pedestrian walks, curbing, drainage and other pertinent features.
