§ 7-3-50 MUST CONTRACT FOR WATER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to take, use or allow to be used, water service without having previously contracted for the same. No water shall be supplied or terminated upon any premises for any purpose, except delinquency or upon the request of the owner or his or her duly authorized agent or as otherwise provided in these ordinances.
