§ 7-3-27 WATER OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.
   No water shall be supplied outside the limits of the city, except those currently receiving service. Water may be purchased and hauled out of city at the rate established by resolution after signing a purchase contract with the city. Water may be only drawn from designated sites.
