§ 7-3-25 SEASONAL RULES.
   The City Council shall make such rules as it deems necessary for controlling the seasonal use of water. All water users shall be notified of these rules. Users violating these rules shall be given notice by the PWD and prosecuted where appropriate for violation of this chapter.
