§ 7-3-20 SIZE OF HOSE AND USE OF HOSE.
   (A)   No hose larger than one inch in diameter shall be used from any service pipe without special permission from the PWD.
   (B)   No sprinkling shall be done by consumers of water without a nozzle attached to the hose having an opening not larger than one-quarter of an inch in diameter.
