§ 7-3-19 LAWN AND GARDEN WATERING.
   (A)   The lawn and garden watering season shall extend over a period of four months, beginning on June 1 and ending September 30.
   (B)   Watering will be billed with the regular water billing and in the amount provided for in the scheduled rates.
