§ 7-3-8 ONE CONNECTION FOR TWO OR MORE BUILDINGS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner, agent or tenant to supply, or permit to be supplied, any water to two or more buildings through one and the same connection, except on special contract with the city.
