§ 6-6-5 HAY, STRAW AND THE LIKE; HOW KEPT.
   No person within the fire limits of the city shall have or keep hay, straw or other combustible fodder in open stock or otherwise than securely covered from fire; not shall any owner or occupant of any premises within said limits allow piles of open and broken packing boxes, paper or straw to be or accumulate on any part of said premises.
