§ 6-5-2 PUBLIC DRINKING OR DISPLAY OF OPEN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.
   Public drinking and public display and exhibition of beer or liquor, as defined in this chapter, is hereby prohibited and it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in public drinking, as defined in this chapter, within the limits of the city; and it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any public display or exhibition of beer or liquor, as defined in this chapter, within the city limits.
