(A) Mailed notice.
(1) The police officer shall notify the owner and any occupants of the premises by personal service or by first class mail. The notice shall state:
(a) A hearing will be held before the City Council concerning the nuisance character of the property;
(b) A description of the properly and alleged nuisances; and
(c) The time and place of the hearing.
(2) A copy of this notice shall be posted on the property.
(B) Posted notices. At least ten days prior to the hearing date, the city shall post notices in at least three public places in the city.
