§ 5-2-5 EXEMPTIONS.

This chapter shall not apply to vehicles enclosed in a building, covered by a cover specifically designed for covering vehicles, the issuance of a hobbyist permit, vehicles which are shielded according to the definition set forth in this chapter, or to any vehicle held in connection with a lawfully operated business enterprise.
