§ 5-1-9 RABIES PREVENTION REQUIREMENTS; PHYSICIAN AND VETERINARIAN RESPONSIBILITIES.
   It shall be the duty of every physician, or other practitioner, to report to the Ronan Police the names and addresses of persons treated for bites inflicted by animals, together with such other information as will be helpful in rabies control. It shall be the duty of every veterinarian to report to the Ronan Police the diagnosis of any animal observed by such veterinarian as a rabies suspect.
