§ 75.83 SAFETY EQUIPMENT.

(A) Each school bus shall be equipped with at least one dry chemical gauge type fire extinguisher mounted in the extinguisher manufacturer's automobile type bracket in a position readily accessible to the driver.

(B) Each school bus shall be equipped with a first aid kit mounted in full view of and readily accessible to the driver.
