§ 75.19 OPERATION OF OSCILLATING, ROTATING, OR FLASHING LIGHTS.
   Oscillating, rotating, or flashing lights located on or within police vehicles shall be lighted whenever a police officer is in pursuit of a violator of a traffic law or regulation.
