Any and all information lawfully obtained by the village with respect to the registration of vehicles pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code may be utilized by the village as evidence of the ownership and location within the village of the parking, storage, use or housing of any motor vehicle as the same pertains to the enforcement of this chapter and any other pertinent provisions of the Code.
