§ 74.10 REPAIRING VEHICLES ON THE STREETS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to repair or to allow repairs to be done to a motor vehicle while said vehicle is on a street or roadway, except for emergency repairs required to permit the vehicle to be safely moved from such street or roadway.
