Restrictions on sale of tobacco products: It shall be unlawful for any licensee to sell or offer for sale, give away, deliver or to keep with the intention of selling, giving away or delivering tobacco products, alternative nicotine products or electronic cigarettes unless the sale shall only occur in a direct, in person, face to face exchange, including but not limited to the use of vending machines for the sale or delivery of any such products.
