§ 129A.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A violation of any provision of this chapter by a licensee shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $250 for the first offense, not less than $500 for the second offense and not less than $1,000 in addition to a minimum 30-day suspension of the tobacco license for each subsequent offense. Each day's continued violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
   (B)   The penalty provision herein provided shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the village to suspend or revoke a license in the manner provided herein.
