§ 129A.06 MINIMUM AGE TO SELL.

It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent, or employee of such licensee, to engage, employ, or permit any person under 18 years of age to sell tobacco products, alternative nicotine products or electronic cigarettes in any licensed premises.
