§ 50.46 RATIFICATION OF PROCLAMATION.

No proclamation of a water emergency by the Village President shall be in effect for a period extending beyond the next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees. The Board shall ratify the proclamation of the President of the Board of Trustees and provide for the period during which the restrictions imposed by § 50.41 shall be in effect.
