(A) The sprinkling or watering of lawns shall be restricted to an odd-even basis, based on the street address of a given property and the particular day of the month, and shall be allowed only during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
(B) This restriction shall be in effect upon passage of this section until modified by action of the corporate authorities.
(C) Should a water emergency be declared, as provided for herein, this section shall become null and void for the duration of the declared emergency.
