§ 76.07 PROTRUDING MEMBERS OF VEHICLES.

No vehicles with boom, arm, drill rig, or other protruding component shall be operated upon any road, street or highway within the village unless the protruding component is fastened so as to prevent shifting, bouncing, or moving in any manner.
