Members of the ESDA who are paid employees or officers of the village, if called for training by the State Director of ESDA, shall receive for the time spent in training the same rate of pay as is attached to the position held. Members who are not village employees or officers shall receive compensation for training time as may be established by the Village President and Board of Trustees.
