The Director shall:
(A) Supervise the enforcement of this chapter;
(B) Supervise the development, revision and implementation of the Plan for approval by the Committee and the County Board;
(C) Supervise the review of complex stormwater management permits if the village requests such assistance;
(D) Notify all of the communities in the County, FEMA, IDNR/OWR, USACOE, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency of any amendments to the Plan or to this chapter.
(E) Review variance requests for the Committee.
