§ 160.166 EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   This chapter does not apply to:
      (1)   Development which has been substantially completed before the effective date of the chapter; and
      (2)   Development, which has been determined to be exempt by the village.
   (B)   Nonconforming structures shall not be replaced or enlarged in any manner unless such replacement or enlargement conforms to the requirements of this chapter.
