§ 160.154 VIOLATIONS OF §§ 160.040 THROUGH 160.044.

   (A)   An Advisory Committee, called the "Agricultural Review Advisory Committee", shall be appointed by the SMC. The Committee shall be comprised of three members actively farming 60 or more contiguous acres in Will County. The Committee will also include representatives of the Soil and Water Conservation District, the Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Farm Bureau.

   (B)   All complaints and chapter violations related to §§ 160.040 through 160.044 shall be reviewed by the Agricultural Review Advisory Committee, who shall render an opinion to the Village Board on the validity of the complaint, remedies, and penalties to be imposed.
