§ 160.115 PERMIT REVISION.
   If, after permit issuance, the permittee decides to revise the approved plans, the permittee shall submit revised plans to the Director or the Administrator, along with a written request for approval. If the Director or the Administrator determines that the revised plans are in compliance with the then current requirements of this chapter or the applicable certified community ordinance, an approval of the revised plans may be issued.
