All developments shall conform to the requirements set forth in ILCS Ch. 520, Act 10, § 11, which states that a consultation with the Department shall be undertaken to evaluate whether actions proposed by the development are likely to jeopardize the continued existence of listed endangered or threatened species or are likely to results in the destruction or adverse modification of the designated essential habitat of such species. Final disposition of any disagreement not resolved by non-local laws, ordinance, etc. will be made by the Village Board.
