§ 160.021 MINOR STORMWATER SYSTEM CRITERIA.

Minor stormwater systems shall be sized to convey runoff from the tributary watershed under fully developed conditions for the 10-year storm event. Minor stormwater systems shall be enclosed systems (e.g. storm sewers) unless otherwise approved by the Administrator.
