§ 128.32 OUT-CALL MASSAGE SERVICES.
   A certified massage therapist may provide any of the services listed in this chapter only at a permanent residence or place of business, except a place of business which is in the business of providing temporary residence, that is a hotel, motel, or other transient lodgings. No "out-call massage service" may be operated other than by a licensed certified massage therapist. All massages performed by an "out-call massage service" must be performed in the manner and under the conditions prescribed in § 128.31.
