§ 128.20 EMPLOYMENT OF CERTIFIED THERAPIST REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful to engage in, conduct, operate, carry on, or permit to be engaged in, conducted, operated, or carried on, in or upon any premises in the village, the business of a massage establishment without having at least one certified massage therapist employed.
