§ 128.10 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in, conduct, carry on, or permit to be engaged in, conducted, or carried on, in or upon any premises in the village, the operating of a massage establishment as herein defined, without first having obtained a license for a massage establishment from the Village Clerk's office.
