§ 120.09 LIMITATIONS ON NUMBER OF LICENSES ISSUED.

No more than one license shall be issued hereunder, the Board of Trustees having determined that it is in the best interests of the public health and general welfare of the citizens of the village that not more than one refuse disposal contractor's license shall be issued and in force at any one time in the village.
