§ 120.05 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Every application shall be transmitted by the Village Clerk to the Board of Trustees. No license shall be granted to any applicant except on approval of the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   Every license so approved shall be issued by the Village Clerk, and shall be made subject expressly to all the provisions of this chapter and such additional requirements as the Board of Trustees may impose.
